I'll just start with a quick summary of our business and why we need you!

We opened a year ago as a nail salon only...and have flourished in the lovely little town of Marlow; we soon brought in a St Tropez ultimate air tanning booth to offer spray tans in a safe way, which has also been popular, and we are now looking to bring in body wraps and treatments from Moor Spa, Facials from Yon-ka and some speciality treatments from the biggest South American beauty company - EXEL. Most of these companies offer training and little refreshers for people, but our problem is that we don't have a dedicated beauty person. We have quite a few nail techs, who we have mostly trained ourselves..and as such they don't have masses of experience in beauty.

Therefore, we really need a Level 3 therapist, who has been working for a few years and ideally is very comfortable doing most aspects of beauty; i.e. massage, waxing, body wraps / treatments, facials...potentially tinting?

Anything else is a bonus, but those are the core skills we require. We are a fun company and there is quite a social element to the role so we are looking for pro-active, eager, friendly people to interact with clients, whilst maintaining a professional approach and educating them on the aftercare products.
