    I agree with EssexFreelance. Being mobile gives you more control of your time, cuz you decide when you work, who you do and so on. It's far more flexible than working full time for someone.

    iSalon software system

    dunno about iSalon, but I'm using Tap2Visit for several months and it's great. Their tech support helped me when I stumbled upom one thing and I'm a fan now. Been through a lot of apps but they're all junk and/or their price is far too high and this app is completely free.

    I think she just wants to get the best of you and your co-worker. I think you should consider to tell her to stop doing it in case you work was done perfectly and the customer was given an advice. Seriously, it's ridiculuos situation and you have to protect yuorselves.
