I think you're going to have to use lightener. A highlift on that is going to give a very warm tone. It is also hard to balayage with highlift tint because of the consistency

What level did you lift it to? And did you tone?

Do you have a picture? If the top is orange a silver shampoo won't do anything because it only neutralises yellow :)

If you use the cool additive with it you don't have to tone :)
