    Mixing colours

If your client is less than 50% grey you can just apply the desired colour without adding any natural base. If she's been having just 5.35 then you can do 4.35 instead. But if she's been having half 5.35 and half 5.0 you can transfer over to level 4. Sometimes adding base can flatten the tone

    Colour correction advice

Hi I would do a 7/4 semi permanent on ends and maybe 7/0 & 7/4 mixed on roots

    8/71 gone warm, why?

    Lol they both exist still.

    Blonde to platinum

Hi I would do a full bleach application doing midlengths and ends first (20vol) leaving to develop for 25mins then applying to roots (20vol) for 30mins and once all even and pale yellow I would tone using 10/96 with pastel. I don't think a bleach bath will do much apart from remove tone.

    8/71 gone warm, why?

Oh yeah sorry you can mix 7/17 & 9/17 next time. Maybe put 10/16 with pastel on wet hair for a few minutes to tone down the warmth. That's what I would do.

    8/71 gone warm, why?

Grey coverage & colour advice Wella

Hi Does your client want a all over colour or foils? The picture of what she wants looks more like foils, if she wants foils I would stick to pre lightner but using higher levels of developers in the areas that are darker and tone using 10/16 to clean out any warmth. But I would pack in loads...

    Nioxin and hair extensions

It should be ok to use but use the more moisturising conditioner as the shampoo may dry the extensions out a bit more.

    8/71 gone warm, why?

Hi What make of colour did you use? If it's wella their brunette shades come out very warm so if you wanted a cooler result you probably wanted the /7 as the secondary tone. The /71 shades come out lush.
