Hi,
I am trying to log into the chat room and it is saying that i am entering an invalid password but i'm not i have tried about 12 times with no luck

i think you are only alowed to try 5 times and it might lock you out. Have you checked to see if yu have your CAP LOCK on it is case sensitive
