Can some one tell me ,

when I send some one a gift, and put a message with it, how do you retrieve the message that you sent with it?

Also, when I bank my points I can't seem to buy anything, even though I've got a few in the bank and nothing in my pocket.

Do I have to draw out the points or something?

Don't think the message thing is up & running yet. We'll just have to give Sam a bit more time for that bit. I don't think you can spend what you have banked, presumably you have to withdraw it. HTH

Did we get to find out about the gift messages......also at the mo says "no more of this item left" when i'd like to send a gift !!! shall i just wait a while ????
