Not sure what pop-up blocker you are using - we have StopZilla and you turn off the block, open the window you want, then right click, chose allow this window, then turn blocking back on.
It may be a similar process with yours |

are you using Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or a different web browser?
i know how to disable them using those 2, but will need to know which one it could be that when you disabled it in Norton you have to close the browser window and open up a new one. x |

have you done this on IE yet?....
click on Tools... then Internet Options... then Privacy... at the bottom there is a checkbox for pop-ups, make sure it's definitely not checked for blocking. that should work... other than that after changing it on Norton it could require a restart. hth's x |

Are You Using Windows XP With Service Pack 2???? If So On Your Web Browser Up The Top Click "Tools" Then Pop-Up Blocker & Click On "Pop-Up Blocker Settings" Then add The Site You Want To allow................ Christian |

Crikey im glad im not the only one who does things like this lol.
Done somehting well weird today it kept opening everythign in seperate windows had just ahd a message about filter keys so hought it was this took me 15min to find the stupid things and is wasnt even that cmae back and it worked, me thinks gremlins in the works |
