open up your pic in My Pictures (if you're using Microsoft Windows), right click the pic and select 'edit', click on 'image' on the toolbar, then 'image stretch skew', this will allow you to reduce the size of your pic, I normally choose 50% first then 80%, depending on how big the pic is to start off with.
