One of the most common requests I get through the info account is 'I lost my password!'.

Make sure that you put in your site email address as it will only send the password to that account. Also keep in mind that you may need to re-activate your account after the password is sent to you.

While I am on email activation:

The #2 most common email question is 'I have registered but it wont let me post'.

This is almost ALWAYS because you have not activated your account. When you register with the site, the site emails you an email to ensure that your address is in fact real You prove this by following the instructions found in the email (you know, where it says 'To finish registering, you must activate your account be following this link').
If you do not activate after a period of time, you will be removed.

BTW: Make sure you check your spam, sometimes site emails can end up there as they are computer generated (no, I do not sit there and personally send you each a 'thanks for registering' email. Oh, and there is no freaking tooth fairy!)
