Hey Guys,

I was looking to get some feedback on a little idea I have been mulling about for the past couple of weeks.

What would you guys think about allowing sponsors to have their own calendars where they can post events, training dates, etc?

Would you use it? Would it be any benefit at all to you?

Right now, the calendar is rarely used as it can be difficult to manage and update. It seems like a waste not letting sponsors take full advantage of it.

gosh how busy will it get do you think? How many sponsors are there at the mo ?

and just using Creative as an example, could / would all the Adademy's have all their course dates posted ?

i think it could be handy to see at a glance "my academy" future training dates, handy for those also who are unable to contact their training company during the day to see training schedules / locations etc ! will be excellent exposure for sponsors too !

who would maintain it ? .... DOH just re-read your post !

so would each sponsor have their own calendar ? so we would select the company then their dates / locations etc would be shown ? i guess maybe they could even update it to include no. spaces avail ?

Anything that provides information about the Nail World, has to be a bonus. As The Nail Geek is global, it could give users the opportunity to see what is going on outside their area and enable them to take part or visit events that they may not of otherwise heard about.

Hurray - I have been wanting a great nail callender for the last couple of years. I'd be all for it - sure!

I did try to nab one of the creative callenders but it was for another country (can't remember which) but a Nail Geek callender would have a global aspect which would be excellent xx

Thats a great idea Sam....I'm forever searching high and low for dates for this that and the other, so if it took off they'd all be in the same place!

I think that's a great idea. Having a calender like this means that everyone can stay in the "educational loop".

i think its a fantastic idea, its not always easy to remember when events/promotions are on and to have to search specific sites is sometimes a pain in the booty- hope it materializes!
