Now, not meaning to drag the whole thing back to the foreground again, but I was thinking..........

Is that person just the UK distributor for that particular gel company? If so, what if someone (I would, but it would need someone a lot more literate than myself! - any volunteers???) put a strongly worded email together to their HQ saying how outraged we were at this particular distributor's actions etc., etc., and that it certainly wasn't putting their product in a good light. CND or DN need not be involved in it (just to save them getting any more sarcastic remarks from 'himself'!) but those of us who wished to add our names/business names etc., could sign it and then have it forwarded to their HQ. Whaddya think? I would be perfectly willing to send it from my email address if nobody else wanted to.

I found the initial postings from this person mildy amusing to start with, I didn't add to the threads because I figured that was what they wanted. It's all well and good Sam having to delete this person's posts and ban their multiple 'personas', but it such a waste of his valuable time. After the last few remarks from 'wotsisface' I'm finally getting pee'd off with him and his comments and I would imagine most others are too - his company should be made aware of his immature antics and his intention to continue with them as stated in his previous post. I'm sure if they knew the amount of time he was wasting with his inane posts and the bad name he has given their product, they'd want to look into it. Perhaps we could copy his posts and include them in with this email. I'm quite happy to trawl through the threads to get them.

And before I get accused of being 'brainwashed by CND/DN' - I trained with Creative, yes, and cannot fault their training or their high quality products. After trying a number of L&P products I decided to stick with EZ Flow because it suits me better, but I do buy other CND products still and will be buying their Brisa Gel kit when they get more in. I have tried several different gels, and I am sure, had NAG not started and continued this particular attack (not at all professional behaviour) I would have been trying his gel too - not any more. And if I am ever asked my opinion about his company, my reply will be far from favourable.

i peeded my pants too, but i think callun will have even more long time benefit!!!
cheers for that, i too am currently being wound up by someone who is takeing a similar line to our "fly in the ointment friend".
i.e using negative comments to bring me down the success ladder in their opinion.
