Please can someone tell me what the little green box in the personal profile means, when you scroll over it it says something like... "this member is on a distinguished road" ???

The blips represent the users reputation. You dish out reputation by clicking on the button on the coresponding post. The more reputation you get, the more those blips will go (like mine).

I understand now, sorry if it was silly question. Did search for "distinguished road" but nothing appeared. . Thanks for your help
