Louise, if you do a search on here for Java - I think Sam posted a link a while back - Java can be downloaded to allow you to access the chat room.

Ok try this, go to internet options...........advanced setting and tick the box next to JIT Compiler..........restart the PC and then try loggin into the chat.............
