Can anyone help with a little problem I have please?

My email address is changed but I can't change it in my profile because it asks for my log on and password which I can't remember and don't have a record of, and the only way to get them is to get them sent via email, but that email address is invalid now. My new email address is sandra.gullick@googlemail.com

Any ideas?
