Do u mean a pic which is saved in ur computer? If so, go into edit profile and at the bottom theres a part where u can browse ur computer 4 a pic, once uve selected the pic, click saves changes at the bottom and it will upload it and save it to ur profile.
Hope this all makes sense and u managed to do it.
