After trying to renew my premium geek membership,using my credit card....or husbands card shall i say,after all i get my priorities right...LOL

It seems to be coming up in error,and there is money in the account,and the card is visa.....is there a problem has anyone else experienced it,we have tried several times

Not recently, but I always have problems renewing my premmie membership. I inevitably end up ringing paypal who then tell me my account is fine but my password is wrong.....which I know its not as I now write it down everytime cos this has happened so many times!

20 mins later on a very expensive phone call they miraculously sort it for me.....

I hate using paypal with credit cards!
