Im having real trouble adding a picture to my profile –does anyone know how to do this (simple terms hehe)

Hi have a look at your other thread I posted a reply how to do it on there

You can't add a profile picture unless you're a Premium Geek, unless it's changed since Sam did the last site upgrade.

The picture you have on your profile is your avatar pic and shows in your 'Mini Statistics' on the right hand side, a profile pic appears on the left hand side of the profile page and is a lot bigger in size.

Sandi, does this apply to 'My Album' too then. Is that why I cant upload a pic. I'm sure I uploaded years ago - has things changed?

The 'My Album' section of our profiles is new, it was added during the last site upgrade and is available for all members.

Are you getting some kind of user error message?
Maybe file size is too large to upload?

I have no pics on Geek site other than Avatar and when I try to upload it says my allowance is full! This is when I go to Gallery-nail art... I dont know how to upload into My Album unless of course the pic automatically goes there from Gallery. I could not find an option to upload into my Album.

You'll need to delete that before being able to upload more pics to the main gallery.
Members have approx 100kb of space and Premium Geeks have approx 10Mb of space in the Geek Gallery.

To upload to your 'My Album' on your profile click onto your profile page, scroll down to where you see Albums, click on 'show all albums' (I think that's what it said when I first did it lol), click on Add Album and then Upload Pictures and go from there, you upload the pics from your computer, 3 at a time and each pic mustn't be any larger than 195.3kb or 600x600 pixels.
