Help with Photos on Critique -

I am trying to upload a photo. I have resized it to 23kb. It says the file size limit for jpeg is 100kb but when I try to upload my photo it says I have exceeded the limit by 22kb Can anyone help me please

I have had the exact same problems, so like somebody else, i uploaded them to my profile, then copied and pasted the links into my critique post.
