I have lots of folders for my PM's and I'd like to move them to WORD. How do I do this please? xxx

You could copy and paste the texts into separate or collective Word documents.

This is what I do, yes can be a bit long winded but it frees up space lol

Alternatively you could mark all the messages you want and download as text then open them in word.

Fi.......Do I have to open each PM to do this or can it be done as one folder? I've got a dread that I know the answer LOL. xxx

If you scroll down to the bottom of the PM page there is an option which says download all messages as: and one of the options is text. If you click this it saves all of your messages in and out into one file.

I bet you didnt think that would be the answer LOL.
