How do I change my crappy user name? - Page 2

Hi

I am new to all this and didn't realise I didn't have to have my full name listed. Please, please can I change my user name to jellybean? I would really appreciate it. I feel such a weirdo as I seem to be the only one with my full name up

You can do this for yourself if you have enough Geekmolians - Stuff, Geekmolian shop.

Alternatively if you became a Premium Geek and grovelled very nicely to Sam he might be able to sort it for you as per the beginning message in this thread.

I'm being really thick here, but still can't change my user name although I have enough points. went to Geekmolians shop and found the 'change user name' box but then I'm lost - please help - sorry

click change user name box...then scroll down and click purchase...i think it then asks you what you want to change it too. x

If only it was that easy Angie - we'd be doing it, not complaining it doesn't work

You click on the the purchase button, and it says 'you did not specify a user name' BUT there was nowhere to specify a user name so you can't do anything

Can you try it and see if it works for you, if you lose any Geekmolians to test it (which I'm sure you wont as it won't work) then I'll donate them back to you - Cheers mate

To visit the vbPlaza click on Stuff>>GeekmolianShop, have a nose around and see what's there.

Lol! I just popped onto here as I've not really had a good look at this part of the site and came across Sam's little metaphor. I am Mrs David Cassidy! (no, really, lol!) and I have to say I much prefer my modern day Dave to the other (especially now
