Hi
Been trying to upload a couple of picture into my album and it keeps telling me that it has failed. Any ideas please? They are on my C drive saved as jpeg so should not be a problem. Had a computer geek look and he doesn't know why it isn't working either.

Could it be the size of the pictures?

Tried everything - still won't play nicely. Anyone any more ideas pretty please?

I had this problem today too .. aarrrhhh it was wrecking my brain!! So I went into my pictures on my computer and went into fix and then crop image.. then I cropped it a little bit and saved it and bingo it worked
