Hi Linzi

I've been using Calcium Gel by Nail Solutions for over a year now and I really like it. I haven't come across any problems, I find it easy to work with, not too thick like some gels.

Good luck.

Hi Linzi

You don't sound dumb at all hunny.
I haven't experienced any major problems with lifting, and I don't use any of Solutions other products only the gel which seems to work well with the Edge primer which is what I use, and Star Nails Finishing Wipe solution to remove any residue after curing. I apply three thin coats and cure each one for 190 seconds. 3 thin coats works better than trying to apply it thick as applying it too thick causes the nail bed to burn when curing. I use the baby pink colour which I find has a nice finish to it, justs adds a very slight colour leaving the nail looking quite healthy (if that makes sense). I've also tried The Edge gel but prefer Solutions.

Hope this helps.

for your advice, ive now got the nail solutions student kit,did a set of nails on a client last night ,they look fab, except i cut one of her cuticles(sure she'll forgive me).The gel was realy easy to apply no running, and leaves a fab shine.

thanks again linzi x

I'm sorry, I don't have anything to add to this thread - I haven't used nail solutions.

But I've never talked to anyone called 'linzi' before when it was spelled the same way as mine, so 'HIYA LINZI'.

Hi.

Just to add, I use nail solutions calcium gel and agree it is nice to work with and DOES file off in half the time of most other gels.

Also agree with prev reply that the pink shades look nice and cover any slight imperfections in the nail bed or tip blending.

Good luck.

Tanya
