Ok so whilst ducking every now and again to avoid flying objects this last 24hrs on the site and seeing some blogs its made me wonder

1) Can I prevent/block any peeps from seeing this posting on the open boards (like mod's..only kidding )?

2) On the blogs I understand that there is the facility to only allow contacts to see the posting but what happens in this situation.

Mary who is a contact of mine and posts a blog ..the responses from other peeps who are contacts I can of course see...what about those that post but are not one of my contacts...is the posting there for others to see but me ...and couldn't this make the flow of conversation ...well erm..a little fragmented

3) a newbie who hasn't made any contacts yet or someone who has smelly armpits and no mates must get very bored when looking at the blogs section..."OMG no one seems to have done any postings this year kind of reaction"

Right off to find some mates and have a good wash so I can see what the heck is happening in the blog section

I am not actually sure what you mean 100% but I will try.

1) You can put people on your ignore list which means that they cannot send you PMs and you will not see any posts made by them.

2) You only have control over your own blogs so you can make your blogs private to your contacts.

I do understand however that if Mary did a blog whether she was a contact of yours or not and you viewed her blog and someone on your ignore list posted then I believe you would not see their post.

Is that what you wanted to know?

Oh you have lost me! Didn't know you could block people! Not that i want to.
I really must have a good look round this site as i probably don't know half of what you can do

Phew feel so much better after a wash...wonder if I will get more friends now..or at least keep the only few I have
