I have a wipeable one from thalgo and it has a top and a bottom so you can be snug as a bug in a rug!
Probably a bit more on the expensive side but it's fab!

I'd be careful about this... I looked into getting an electric blanket to keep the clients toasty and was going to get one for a single bed but then found out that if anything happens during the treatment my insurance wouldn't cover it because it's not made for commercial use. So will have to stick to the more expensive purpose made ones.
