Thumbs up How to explain reflexology simply to clients - 19-10-09, 01:43 PM

Hi geeks,

I am struggling to give a simple explantion of what reflexology is to my clients with out boring/bombarding them with science. When a client asks what reflexology is how do you explain it to them giving them as much info as poss without totally confusing them!?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Thank you xx

I say that reflexes on the hands and the feet mirror all the internal organs and systems of the body.
By stimulating the reflexes you are encouraging the body to work as efficiently as it can, so can calm down over-stimulation, or stimulate something that is sluggish.

The Body is mapped in the soles of the feet
Cells where the energy is blocked become toxic and the body is in a state of "dis-ease"
By pressing on certain points of the foot you are vibrating those cells causing them to expel their toxins.
They are now receptive and ready to absorb fresh nutrients etc within the body.
This inturn causes the body to begin to heal itself and be in a state of equilibrium.
