Question Lashperfect training - 30-10-09, 01:29 PM

Hi everyone,

I'm thinking of training with lashperfect and i was just wandering if anyone has trained with them in their london venue. How was it? Did you feel confident to carry out the treatment? I'm also wandering about their kit, they claim the mini kit has enough for 200+ customers, is that realistic or not?

Any advice will be much appreciated!!

I think the most you can expect from training is that you are competent to start safe practising!

No one is competent at anything after only a day or two training and I don't think it is being realistic to think otherwise.

I have just completed my training with Nouveau Lashes which have the best reputation for training and in fact started the 'eyelash Market' in the UK .... I feel confident to practise but I have a way to go before I will feel accomplished at this new skill. There is allot to learn and to experience before I will feel like a real pro ... nothing as skilled and intricate as the eyelash procedure comes instantly and I'm not expecting it too.

Hi,
I trained with Lash Perfect in June, I felt the training was good and came away feeling confident enough to practise on friends and family but no way would I have inflicted myself on the paying public at that time. As has been said, practise, practise and more practise and you will get there.
As for the kit, my opinion is that you may get enough eyelashes for 200 sets but only if your friends/clients want those particular sizes. You only get about 3 pots of lashes I think, and that is one size in each of fine, thick and super thick. Lash Perfect have about 13 different sizes in 4 different thicknesses and 4 different curls and thats without the mink lashes, Y lashes and coloured lashes!!

I don't think all of them are necessary but in my opinion you definately will not have a broad enough range for going public.
