Client question about eyeliner...any ideas? -

Hi all ....
Just a quickie... I had one of my clients mention today that there was years ago approx (30yrs) in which she used to have a permanent eyeliner applied to the top of her lashes that lasted 6 weeks she asked if i knew anyone who does this.... I explained i had never heard of this and there was in my eyes only 2 possible answers permanent make-up eyeliner that is a form of semi-permanent make-up or the eyelash tint applied tot he skin however i did mention i would be suprised for tint to last 6 weeks on skin!!!!!
Any ideas ??
