i was watching supersize v superskinny this week and one of the presenters went for a deep abdominal massage and lost a good few inches after the massage, im currently doing a massage course but really its only the basics

does anyone know of where you can get training for this type of massage? I know its only a temporary inch loss thing but i know of alot of people who would jump at it for a night out.

im in manchester but prepared to travel some way.

what you saw on the programme was a gerard's treatment - its the green tea abdomen treatment, and to get involved with gerard's you will have to take on a number of treatments.

you can also learn a colon massage treatment.

I do both.

This show was on at the beginning of the year and I thought it looked great too, after a thread on here I where I got the details from, I did a colonic massage course.
It was good but to be 100% honest it isnt really that popular.

Yes, the results are brilliant and it really does work, great for IBS sufferers etc. x

I think with anything 'new' it will take a good few years before the public know about it - BUT with clever marketing and 'getting it out there' its brilliant to be the first to offer such a treatment.

What is even better - is there is very little outlay - just your knowledge , technique and some nice complimentary products to make your treatment extra special.

I had it done when me and Hippy chick trained, and a few hours later - I had a movement. Probably could do with one soon.

And regular toilet visits are better for skin and weight issues overall.

thanks everyone, hippychick you will soon be sick of me! altough like i said it wont be for a while i just like to write everything i am interested in down ready for when i feel i am ready to take on something new im still only just training in swedish body massage and will obviously need lots of hands on practice to become good at that
