Lash extensions looked claw like, did I put them on upside down? - 31-10-09, 12:59 PM

I did the marvel lash course about a month ago and am just doing a couple of freebies a week while I build up some experience. Had one this morning but the lashes seemed to go down and looked a little claw like. I am using C lashes by marvel lash at the moment. Did I put them on upside down? Ended up taking off, as even though it's halloween she just didn't like them!

did they not teach you on your course which way to apply them? you would apply them the same way as the natural lashes so the curve upwards (towards the sky -)

They did not teach us a lot of things really! Not great training, wish I'd trained elsewhere but it seems a bit limited for courses in Belfast.

Thanks, most people are really helpful. Had a nosy at your website by the way, it's great. Can I be really nosy and ask where you get your mink lashes from, assuming I ever get good enough to do this as a profession!

ordered the faux mink lashes from abx but i was going to order some real mink lashes but a few people have reminded me of the problems that may arise from the such as animal allergies etc so the price for the mink on my website is the real ones although i think im going to remove it and just use the real mink on myself. hths i will have a search for that vid i saw now xx

this one is quite close for showing you which way to place the lashes, but really i think you should contact your trainer as something like that is something you should know hope it helps you a little xx

Thanks so much, I looked at that and a few others. Hopefully tomorrow won't be such a disaster! I could not be bothered with the hassle of complaining about the training maybe if someone else was feeling the same way at the course I would have done. I'm just a wuss. Do you do your own lash extensions or does someone do them 4 u? Would be interested to hear about your experiences with the real thing though if you try them.
thanks. Will def get the ones from ABX though, seems to be the place to go.
