Hi Guys Im new to salon geek and could really do with your help.
I have been offered a room (3.25m by 2.5m) in a brand new hairdressers. There has been no previous hairdressers/beauty here, in fact its a completely new development, so we have no idea what the custom will be like. I have been asked for £100 per week plus on top of this 15% of my overall wage per week. They have told me that this is the usual, but everyone I have spoke to has disagreed? Has anyone ever been asked the same or paid the same? Do you think this is reasonable?? Thanks to all of you that have already replied to my other post, Much appreciated!! Thanks Lucy xx |

IMO i thinkthat is a bit steep. I used to pay £80 per week for a table in hairdressers, or £100 per week for a room bigger than the one you been offerd. I would never agree to 15% and rent its one or the other not both. HTH x
