Hi Guys Im new to salon geek and could really do with your help.
I have been offered a room (3.25m by 2.5m) in a brand new hairdressers. There has been no previous hairdressers/beauty here, in fact its a completely new development, so we have no idea what the custom will be like.
I have been asked for £100 per week plus on top of this 15% of my overall wage per week. They have told me that this is the usual, but everyone I have spoke to has disagreed? Has anyone ever been asked the same or paid the same? Do you think this is reasonable??

IMO i thinkthat is a bit steep. I used to pay £80 per week for a table in hairdressers, or £100 per week for a room bigger than the one you been offerd. I would never agree to 15% and rent its one or the other not both. HTH x
