I've tried to fold up my tent and it just won't go down. I heard a snap but this has happened before and was ok, it doesn't seem to go into its circular shape. Have i broken it, can it be fixed?

Sounds as though you have snapped or twisted the wire.
Lay it down on the floor and run your fingers around the rim. You may have just twisted the wires and you should be able to twist them back again.

we go over this every week!! there are 2 ways to fold your tent if it dont fold one way it will usually fold with the other method if it has twisted
but there are some cheap(copy) tents on the market that only last a few weeks i will post the 2 methods below this post hth

this is method one

here is the alternative method if both these dont work then you have snapped a wire this is very common on the give away tents
we dont stock the cheap tents any more as they always failed before warranty expired especially with mobile therapists who are constantly errecting and folding there booth you get what you pay for with cubicles
some companies give the cheap copies away with x (number) litres of solution
but then it hasnt been officially sold to you and you have no comeback as you purchased solution not a cubicle hth

method one really helped me i had trouble getting the knack of folding my tent but now can do it easy. my top tip is when u look at the tent always fold the left side in first then right side lie it on the floor and have the extractor flap side on top with the slight bow side on the right then grab the top end and start folding it in half and u will then feel the way it collaspes in to the circle! before i mastered it i kept twisting the wires and heard it crack but normally u pop it up again it pops back to normal for u to fight with it to collapse it again! lol
