when you say patches do you mean dark patches this happens when the bronzer transfers from arm to torso but the tan doesnt devolop darker and the guide colour will wash off, areas that are normally exposed to the sun like forearms and legs do go darker than skin that is normally shaded like the inner arms but they do darken, they may look white compared to the rest of the body, but the skin will be darker than before you tanned her happy to help

stgeek- it happened straight after i tanned her...i only saw her yesterday after 9 days
steve - yes i do mean dark patches and I think it transfered torso to arm as the patches were on the inner arms (where the skin is lighter) it was only 8% that I used so it shouldn't look too awful should it? She didn't mention how it looked afterwards though so it can't have been too bad... just panicked me a bit i think!!! thanks for your replies!! xxx |

[QUOTE=xXTashaXx;987022]stgeek- it happened straight after i tanned her...i only saw her yesterday after 9 days
steve - yes i do mean dark patches and I think it transfered torso to arm It happens a lot with larger people like me, the dha that gives the skin the colour is clear. What you are seeing is just the bronzer from the guide colour rubbing off on the inner arms or transferring from torso to inner arm , its an idea to dry this area on bigger people with the hose from your machine before they lower their arms, hth |
