I have another question re salon based spray tanning...

We're in an area which has a higher than the national average proportion of, shall we say, 'older' residents.

Is this something in which older people are interested? Do you find that you spray many people in their 50's and 60's (70's even)?

My ladies seem to be around the 18-40 mark, I did have an elderly lady a few months ago, she came back a few times and wanted a bit of colour for a family wedding. But apart from her I havent had anyone else.

the vast majority of tanners do tend to be younger however there are some elderly ladies and guy's that also want to look good

I have ladies of all ages up to about 74 i think my oldest lady is!

Dawn has done lots of pensioners, pre holidays mainly or weddings ect and we have a pensioner who is a mobile therapist called Barbara,she is doing mainly older ladies,they feel happier with an older lady spraying them rather than a young stunner she isnt our busiest customer but still does around a litre(20 tans) a month, Its not as regular as the 20 -35 age group probably because they dont go out as often but i wouldnt discount it all together hth

They'll be alright with me then... Try as I might, I'm not sure i'd get away with describing myself as either (a) young or (b) stunning!

Thanks for the info guys... I just wanted some confirmation that the older market is there as well as the those in the 18 to 40ish year old group.
