I had bad acne for 8 years and instead of the angry spots people usually get it was angry boils my skin was constantly swollen and painful.
I tried everything there was to offer spent years on the doctors route and out of sheer luck i met a harley street skin specialist at a clinique counter and he over heard what i was telling the girl and offered to look at my skin, wrote me a note to give my doctor. within 1 week i was on roacutane and it cleared my skin within 4 months it varies from everyone as to how long it takes, the side effects were awful but it was more than worth it.

See if you can find a salon that does oxypeel treatments. I worked with someone a few years ago who used their products on her clients and saw the fantastic results she got. Also they do a treatment for post-acne scarring.
There is a homecare range too, the best seller was Foaming Milk.
The company's name is Clinogen if you can't find a salon, so they should be able to tell you where there's one near you.

I used to be on roaccutane too. it was a life saver for me, i was so depressed, i wouldnt leave the house. I strongly urge to go and see your doctor and DO NOT leave until they take you seriously and get you some medication.

THere are lots of things they can do now to help you and the sooner they treat you, the less chance of scarring you have.

best of luck sweetie
