I love to mix a medium oatmeal and almond oil mixed together as a paste and use it as a body exfoliator - it makes your skin feel lovely and soft. You can also use brown sugar instead of the oatmeal. Another good tip is to put a quarter of a cup of honey into a lovely warm bath - yummy - feels divine - makes the bath smell lovely and your skin lovely and soft.

Friends and clients always laugh at me because if they tell me theyve hurt themselves or they have a problem, i tell them to get to holland and barrat and get some lavender oil. I had a client who picked her skin around her fingers REALLY badly. but with the application of gel overlays (which made the free edge 'blunt' so she couldnt pick) and daily use of solar oil and lavender her finger healed up by her first infill. I was amazed!!!! My beauty essentials are 1) Virgin Vie perfect balance foundation - THE best foundation i have EVER used. i find it better than estee lauder double wear!! suits all skin types!!! Im SOOOOOO glad i found it!!! I think i will die if they ever stop making it! lol. 2)Virgin Vie perfect balance facial wash, toner and matte moisturiser - im oily and dry so this range balances me out completely. ive actually never had better skin!! 3)Solar oil, i use it EVERYWHRE even n my lips... i havnt died yet so im assuming its safe!!! lol. xxxx |

I've been using that new Johnson's Holiday Skin Moisturiser, it is brilliant!! After using it for 2 days I was already tanned and have had NO STREAKING!! I've been applying it in the morning and have stayed moisturised all day and evening, it's really brilliant magical stuff! And it's sold out everywhere in my town at the moment (I nabbed a bottle at Boots in Lakeside lol). Deffo recommended, especially for £4.99!!! xx |

Against all beauty experts advice, I was my face with soap and really cold water. I have tried just about every moisturiser on the market and none of them seem to make too much difference to my skin. So you can always count on me to be using whatever is currently being advertised!! I don't wear foundation so soap seems to be adequate for my needs. I do use under eye creams, but again whatever is currently being advertised.
I couldn't live without Qtica Intense Hydrating cream for my hands - just love it and the smell. |
