Beauty therapies contract aspects - 19-07-12, 06:43 PM

hi everyone!
Just registered myself into this website. It seems very good one!
I'm a beauty therapist. I worked for myself in the house and now found a job in the salon.what seems nice I never work for someone so i fell a bit nerves about it. The owner of the salon wants to give me a contract to sing, but i don't really know what is the main points of the contract? with what aspects i should not agree? what experiences did you had with it? Please help me with it, dont what to sing the contract and be stacked with the salon until the rest of my life.

I think we need more information!
What kind of contract?
An employment contract, if so what are the details and what do you think you don't agree with?

Working in a salon is just a job like anyone other! You're not stuck there just cos you signed a contract. Every job has a basic employment contract, it will most likely just outline your contract hours (the basic hours they have to provide you with), and some more information. But definitely read it before signing, just to be clear.
