i've heard different, i've met many people who have had eyebrow threading and they say it is hardly painful at all, it's incredibly accurate and doesn't take long to do. I've not had it done myself so i can't comment, but like i said the people i've met who have had it done can't praise it enough.

i had my eyebrows threaded a few weeks ago it did make my eyes water! it took about 15 mins and the shape was very defined. the therapists tend to remove a lot of hairs that you probably wouldnt do with waxing (like above the eyebrow) i think because it is an indian tradition and their hairs being dark this is why they do that to get the 'perfect' shape.

Threading is amazing! -

I have had my brows threaded and loved it! For me, it has always been done in under 5-10 minutes. It is pretty painful, but I prefer it over waxing for the delicate eye area, as there is less damage to the skin. Always check out the place before you get it done. Some establishments are not always the cleanest. I've found that paying more ($10-15) usually get you a cleaner shop! HTH

ive had mine done and must say its a lot more 'uncomfortable' than waxing. waxing is quicker, but the threading left a much tidier job and also it seemed to last longer,,,not sure how, but it did...
i will go again to get threading done...just got to wait for a interpreter to make me an appt again, as the therapist only speaks indian! |

Hiya! -

Hiya!
Well, threading is a simple art form of removing hairs using a cotton thread. It is twisted, catches the hairs and removes them from the root. This ensures less and thinner re-growth. The shape is great and accurate, but requires many years to be brilliant at. I have been doing it for 8 years now, and if you would like to come and have your eyebrows threaded, message me back and ill give you my contact details. Once you try it, you will be hooked!!
