I don't think this is strange at all.

This service is in no way conducted inappropriately and is a service that is in demand from more and more male clients. We are moving our businesses along to cater for this demand. My OH understands that to me this is a professional service and that I just view the area as having hair that needs removing.

Us women love the feeling of cleanly waxed skin, so why shouldn't the opposite sex?

I would urge anyone wanting to perform this service on a professional level (providing of course you are already qualified in waxing) to get yourself on a specialist certified course. I also have the Whole Ball of Wax DVD and it proves invaluable when you are just starting out as it is there when you want it to refresh your knowledge.

Would you say that to a nurse?

i think that as professionals we have to get over the intimate body parts and give them there anatomnical names so we have (starred out some words as didnt know if i could post them but i wouldnt)

as intimate waxing becomes more acceptable then i think we will also fall into line with the medical profession as well.

my husband knows what i do is a professional treatment which is carried out professionally as well. I promote my business in a profesional manner.

this is not about touching male or female parts just removing hair from male and female body parts that your client wants removed for whatever reason.

Whats strange about it??...i think over the years when you are in another profession such as a nurse(like i was) or a professional body piercer you see all shapes and sizes of the Monty python and the female regions ,of course you wouldn't say anything to any nurse\surgeon\doctor male or female regards touching because this is an acceptable medical practice which we are trained in and gloves are also worn.

As waxing studio says intimate waxing is becoming more and more acceptable and it will eventually fall into line with the medical profession as well.

My husband also knows and understands what i do is a professional beauty treatment and nothing else when it comes to waxing.i have trained in male and female intimate waxing and i must say i have only done the females as i haven't quite got the grasp of waxing males as yet but practice makes perfect(even thou hubby won't allow me to practice on him .Waxing is not about touching male or female parts it's just removing hair from male and female body parts just like when you go for an operation the pubic hair had to be shaved to prevent infection ,we are only removing hair that your client wants removed for whatever reason.we wear gloves for waxing as that is part of health and safety...i've had a call recently from a guy that body builds and a friend of the other half and quite happy to have me intimate wax him and understands that it is a professional service and not anymore than that.

Actually my husband did...........we even got divorced over it!!!

I'm sure that my fiance would have a problem if i was waxing males!
Of course i don't agree with that because ,to me ,they are very good customers and most of the times they respect your job much more than women.
Some women may treat you as if you were their servant because our job is mainly in hands and not from a university but men would never do that.

I hope what i said makes sense because english is not my native language!

There is nothing sexual with waxing, it is just a professional service. It is just like going to a gynecologist or urologist.
