Although the vast majority of experianced spraytanners would more than adequatly manage to follow the spray pattern ..assuming adequate lighting |

Hi i have had another call stating that her tan was patchy and sprayed her a day later
banging my head against the wall can't put my finger on it, they have both previously had tans with me and they have always been fine. Is there somewhere i can have my gun or machine checked out as i don't know what to look for? Don't know what else to do. I can assure you its not the solutions that i am using. Any advise what could it be? thank you guys and sorry for keep on going on with this. x |

![]() generally speaking it is not the machine that causes these sorts of problem..ensure the filter is cleaned...remove the gun and switch on the motor..the air comming out should be relativley powerfull and more importantly consistant in flow. next is possibley the gun... how often and how far down do you strip it...also does the solution come out as a consistant flow...if not it could be a sticky needle. I can arrange for your machine to be checked over and serviced however this does cost...to save you money and as previously offered feel free to give me a call and I will happily spend as long as it takes looking at and trying different methods so we can get to the bottom of this. I will happily talk through how to fully strip the gun down if this is something you havent done before. hoping this helps |

Maybe you could try hanging some couch roll up in your booth or on the wall and doing long passes down with your gun at your usual setting to see if the flow is even or it cuts out at regular intervals.
If its cutting out then I agree with Collin it could well be some sticky residue on the needle causing the intermittent flow. I am free in the morning after 11 if you want to give me a call Katia to see if I can draw any light on the condition... so you have a choice ... please just give Collin or I a ring and see if we can try and resolve the issue for you. |

Hi just to let you know i did her spray tan the other day again and went well. I've figured that the problem was that i tried using less solution and the tan wasn't as dark as she normally has it, i used 25ml and normally i would use 50ml. I used 50ml this time and it looked fine 'we both saw the guideline'. So i won't be turning my gun down anymore.
