I would guess that you would be best to get in touch with where you did your original training and ask them about the route you need to take,
failing that its a case of starting from scratch hth

Thanks, I have tried loads of times to contact the college where i did my course and no one ever replies I have also tried a few other places.

Starting from scratch seems like a waste of time since i have most of the knowledge.

Hopefully ill find an answer

You could always go straight to the governing body that the exams were taken with ie NVQ etc

you could always go to another college tell them what happend and your experiance and they should try and help.
But if iam honest as you have done no (or not passed) exams meaning you have nothen to prove it and 6 years is along time things have changed you may have to start from scratch but with the advantage you will have more knowlege/understanding of what your doing.

hope this helps
good luck

Cheesy Beauty Therapy Courses - 11-08-08, 11:12 AM

Hi there,

I may have the solution for your predicament. A friend of mine has recently registered for the Open Beauty Programme. Basically they are intensive beauty therapy courses that are suitable for those who wish to learn new skills and gain recognised industry qualifications but unable to attend full or part-time further education or fit into a rigid pre-set timetable. Our intensive beauty therapy training courses would also be suitable as a refresher course for qualified therapists.

I hope this helps??
