Hello,

I've had two of these awful machines - both returned! Both machines were too hot on setting 1.

Thought would be perfect as could have hot wax in one and warm in the other. Never will buy a babyliss item again! Bought a Hive 1000cc and wish I had started with that in first place. Perfect machine giving perfect results!

i think maybe there was a bad batch sent out!!
I bought mine from capital about 2 months ag, and no problems!
