I have not yet had a request for a full body waxing in one session, but I'm curious. I know by the time I'm done with my full Brazilian and leg wax I'm exhausted just from the tension I get. Can someone really handle a full body wax in one session? I would walk out of the place stiff as a board due to tension and after wax sensitivity, lol. Was just wondering, lol.

You're quite right that this can be a problem. I'm fairly relaxed when being waxed but a full body treatment can take two hours or more and the tension does build up.

When having this treatment with Jen Smith she was kind enough to make me a cup of coffee at 'half-time'. A short break and the chance to relax for a while can certainly help.

Ah the full body wax... two or more hours... more in your case Ian, lots more I don't know about you Ian, but even I lost the will to live by the end of it

If it were not for the distance clients travel, I think it would be better for both client and technician to do this service in two sessions. Maybe as I speed up some more it won't be such an ordeal for everyone

Coffee in the middle is good (a beer might be more appreciated though!)

Just be methodical and go as fast as your muscles will allow & have a large glass of icy water near you to keep your temperature down and save you dripping sweat everywhere.

As for the clients comfort..... They're the swine that asked for it don't give them sympathy, the hell we therapists go through during this treatment is so bad that i'm giving no sympathy to the clients muscles or tension. They aint seen tension till they've performed the treatment!

I have one client who comes in for a full leg, bikini, underarm, stomach, eyebrow, lip & chin wax all in one go, which takes me about 1 hour & 45 mins, sometimes just under. I must admit, it is a bit tiring by the end, but once I turn her over for the back of the legs I get a second wind! I always book it for the last treatment of the day, that way the quicker I do it the quicker I go home!

It usually takes around 2 hours for Sharon (my therapist) to do a full body wax on me, including intimate waxing with hot wax. Sometimes I'll have a lash and brow tint done afterwards too, which will bring the total time to over 2 and a half hours. We'll normally have a quick break for a drink sometime during that time though, or a loo break or two (depending on how much I drink or had to drink at the office beforehand lol)!

I'm usually a bit spaced out by the end of it all too; sometimes I almost fall asleep during the waxing.

The most painful bits for me to get waxed are the back of my thighs for some reason...

I never book two full bodies in on one day as I'd be knackered. It's funny though as I can do one FB and lots of other clients...just don't want to do two.

Shots of tequila in-between. My first body builder that I waxed was thankfully only 5'7 and not huge, but he was extremely hairy. We ended up only doing his top half that day. Too much work! 2 in one day? oh no!!! I had a girlfriend who wore size 29/36 jeans. Her legs were 36 inches long. I hated waxing her legs! It always seemed to take longer than I wanted and everything always went wrong with just her.
