As Zo Zo said, you shouldn't use the MDA unless you have received training from the company whose machine you are using.
Contra-indications though are usually Active or uncontrolld diabetes Raised warts, moles and skin tags Skin cancer and auto-immune diseases such as ME MS HIV AIDS Eczema and sebhorreic dermatitis Telangiectasias Rosacea and active acne Herpes Simplex Asthma Keloid scars should be avoided Any medically prescribed meds such as roaccutane Pregnancy Aftercare should be to: avoid heat treatments and uv expsoure for 48 hours avoid swimming and exercise for 24 hours Must use an SPF of at least 15 No sunbeds throughout the duration of the course of treatment Avoid anything containing essential oils for 12 hours after No AHAs or glycolics to be used for 3 days prior and 7 days after HTH |

As far as I know, it could be classed as a condra-indication as pregnancy affects hormones which can effect the outcome of the treatment eg. skin may not benefit as much because of change in hormones? This is what I remember being told? Going to look into this more now
