Hajam - I didn't want to put you off. If you are qualified in IHM then why not offer that?
As far as the recession is concerned, then yes, companies may well cut back, but I have a few companies that do not pay, but arrange for me to come in and employees pay themselves (also some companies pay a percentage and employee pays a percentage). These will keep going even when times are tight.
