I don't do spray tan, but I think you've done your job, you've left and then SHE'S messed up her tan. Her problem. You could offer to go around and patch her up (not sure if you can as I know nothing about spray tanning) for a negociated price. After all, you've got to go round there (doesn't matter if it is close, or even next door), take all your stuff, use product, clean your machine, etc. I'm sure it's almost as much work for you as doing a full tan. Why should you do it for free?
Just my tuppence worth. Marion xx |

But there again, if she is a good regular client, you might want to try and help to keep her sweet.
Oh I don't know, I'm in an indecisive mood I think! LOL |

Not had this situation, and the fault is hers, but in the interests if goodwill, I would probably offer to do it, particularly as she is a regular client. However, rather than going to see her, I would offer to do it but she must come to you, at a time convenient for you. That way you are going above the call of duty and offering to patch up something that was not your responsibility, but you're not putting yourself out too much - ie travel costs, extra travel time etc.

hi you may find that after she washes her colour guide off,the tan will be fine,if not offer that she can drop round to yours for a touch up,but i think you will find the tan will be fine,it was just the colour guide that was spoilt.

I would do it again (if I had spare time) but I would charge her, no doubt. It was not your fault, and she should have been nicer to you. Not, like "i have a problem in here, what are you going to do about it!?" I thought it was a bit rude of her to put it this way.

In reality you could not be expected to travel back to her place to touch things up as this is clearly her fault.
1) offer if she comes round to you that you will touch up for free 2) next time you spray her sell her a retail item so she can touch up any areas where she may have similar problems with...remember your here to run your business commercially so dont go telling her to nip out to the shops and get a home kit...you sell her one ![]() HTH |

i wouldnt ever touch up a client until they had washed off the guide colour anyway, so you can see that it definately didnt take in the patches.otherwise you risk making then too dark in those areas. just as bad as having light patches.
also agree with the retail option, i would sell them the top up cream to fix it with, as like you have already said, without soundng harsh, they shouldnt be messing in water!!! |
