Hi there,
I have scoliosis, my back does get sore. I found going to a chiropractor helped so much and now i don't suffer! After having a baby it takes a while for your body to get back to what it was. Muscles are soft etc, it may go away in time. get yourself to a chiropractor it was money well spent! Cheryl. |

I too vouch for seeing a Chiropractor. I had shoulder and arm pain for 80% of the time, but now only have it occasionally. Are you also working at a good height as this makes a huge difference.
Hope you feel better soon. x |

Hi Brandywine
Yes we have electric couches where I work so I have been adjusting them accordingly so they are at a comfortable height for me, but still mid way through treatment, my back kills!! Had to do a Pedicure today using one of those silly floor stools with the added foot piece, we do NOT get on and my back is so sore from bending over whilst using it!! x |
