im 16 years old and i want to become a make-up artist, is it best to do a Beauty NvQ 2 & 3 before i do a years course of make-up at my local college?

I wouldnt bother with the Nvq if you can get straight into the Hnc course.

Ive done Beauty therapy level 2 and im going on to do HNC fashion Make up in September. I cant wait.
I wouldnt have bothered with the NVQs in just make up if i hadnt allready done Beauty Therapy.

I know my college has a Level 2 make up night course, maybe you could look in to that? I think its only 12 weeks. That way you will be able to see if you like it without committing to a whole year.
