College depilation course has cut course work - Page 2

I wonder if maybe a lot of people failed waxing different areas? This can be quite common if there is a poor pass rate or a lack of people taking up certain courses (tbh, it says to me the teachers should teach better and make it more interesting!). And obviously, lots of people failing looks bad on their figures

It's a joke if it's because people were workshy though - would be brilliant if every time something was difficult or time consuming you could just look at it and go "naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah, it's too much work"

Hey I will get there in the end lol, just proves to me what I had heard from others regarding brand training and college training....soooo glad I did brand training for the nails

Oh yes, I'd expect brand training to attract almost exclusively people who genuinely want to learn, whereas that's not always the case with college training unfortunately...

yea its a shame that colleges arnt able to do what they are meant to do....teach!! will have to try and raise the cash to get properly educated now, better get batting my eyelashes at my hubby lol

Mmm, our tutor used to say that there were a lot of kids who went to college to get the EMA, not because they actually gave one about the subject.

And it's probably thanks to the work shy ones like them that the lecturers end up with stupid feedback like the course is too much work!!!

Is your college offering this course at a recognised level-like vtct for instance? If they are, I would have thought that it would be whichever authority which offers the certification who would determine the course content-rather than the college running it-hope that makes sense.
