3d nail art/bling

I have been seeing it a lot on Instagram, bling, I'm talking huge stones that once they are placed lasts for 6 weeks or more on the nail as it grows out even!!!

My question is how? What the heck are they using because they are NOT sharing the secret!

Is there a technique that I'm not aware of to do the entire nail before it dries? Or do I just make it more wet and work fast?

I just put a ball of acrylic where i want it and press the bling onto it.

I use a bead of acrylic then seal around it with axxium gel topcoat x
