Hi

Can anyone recommend an anatomy and physiology book that is easy to understand. The practical stuff I am fine with on my course, but the theory side Im finding very boring and difficult to learn. So, Im looking for a book that is easy to read if you know what I mean, if its hard to understand I will just dread picking it up!!

Thanks everyone xxx

Hello There,

I found Anatomy & Physiology therapy basics by Helem McGuinness really really good. After each chapter there are questions which are a good revision tool.

I also liked anatomy & physiology for dummies, again this has questions and revision tips after each section.

Hope this helps.

Sam

I would second this choice. It's set out in a very easy to understand way and all the information you will need is in there. (To save some pennies I bought mine from eBay.)
